We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 business days (not including holidays and weekends) from the date of delivery
Send the item back within: 14 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) of delivery
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund, you can contact us at glezerantonina@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items are shipped to us without prior request for quotations.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and immediately if you receive a malfunction, damage or wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct the item.
Exchange.
The quickest way to make sure you want to is to return the existing item and, once the return is complete, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return
We will let you know as soon as we receive and verify your return, and let you know if the return has been approved or not. If approved, your original means of payment will be automatically returned to you. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post a refund.
